Adaptation measures included in the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC), 2016-2018, of 13 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. These commitments cannot be successful if they are not complemented by transversal adaptation measures, such as updating climate information, analyzing vulnerability to assess climate risks, strengthening and expanding early warning systems and monitoring networks, advancing land use planning, strengthen institutions, educate and communicate.🙌
